Some players at Fearless have made their own guides for different aspects of CityRP - these are really useful and come in handy for newcomers and experienced players alike. It is recommended to take a look at them. You can find them in the Forum Section linked below.

Starter Guide (Detailed)
This is the detailed Starter Guide. It contains information about role-playing (FearRP, New Life Rule, Random Deathmatch), jobs (descriptions and the dos and don’ts of each job) and cars (Car Deathmatch, driving).

Starter Guide
This guide is similar to the one above and contains information about the rules, administrators, jobs and passive role-play.

Grammatical ‘Geniuses’
This guide helps you with using good grammar. Good grammar means you will be taken more seriously and also helps improve your RP skill.

How To: Use 'easy precision'
This guide help you learn how to use the ‘Easy Precision’ or now ‘Precision’ tool in Garry’s Mod. This comes in handy to those who are learning or getting to grips with building in this game.

How To: Fading Door

So you were banned.
This is a quick guide for those who feel they were banned unjustly and helps you understand the dos and don’ts when posting an unban request.

The first links will link you the correct sections - ensure you post in the correct section and observe all rules.

Ban Requests

If you see someone breaking the rules - you should take as many clear screenshots or a clear video of the rule that is being broken and the player breaking the rules. Once you have done this upload it to a image or video sharing website, such as Steam or YouTube.

Ban Request Template
This is the ban request template and it must be used every time, or the ban request will be denied.

How to find SteamIDs
A short guide on how to find SteamID’s in-game and on the Fearless Forums.

Rules for a Ban Request
You must read and abide these rules when making or posting in a ban request.

Unban Requests:

If you feel you have been banned unjustly by a staff member, you should post a ban request. Firstly, you must identify the ban by using the bans page (typing in your name or steam ID). Then copy the relevant information in the template which will be linked below.

How to make an Unban Request
This contains all the information you need when posting an unban request. From the template and the rules, to the time allowance after your unban request is denied.

Unblacklist Requests:

This is very similar to an unban request, except you must use the blacklists page. Use your name or SteamID to identify the blacklist you wish to get removed. Copy the information into the template.

Admin Abuse:

If you spot a staff member abusing their powers, you should gather sufficient evidence which proves your claims. You should follow the rules and understand that some things are not abuse and may require you to post an unban/blacklist request.

Rules for Report
This has vital information telling you what is and is not abuse. Make sure you don’t post an Admin Abuse thread if it isn’t actually abuse!
