[BUYING] House

Hey im looking to buy a house dupe, something that can fit along the roadsides outside the cities of V2p. The specifications of the house will be be listed below.

1. Must have 2 floors. (3 Would be better of course)
2. Have a garage to store my car
3. Contra room on the highest floor, with opaque walls to no one can see though them. And hopefully not hear them.
4. A viewing gallery on the upper floors for me to look out and enjoy the view.
5.Some basic furnishings if you have enough props.

Make it look good of course. When you are done, post the screenshots in this thread. I will be willing to pay 20k-50k depending on how good the house is. If it exceeds my expectations, i will be happy to throw in more

Hm.. i dont really like this house. It looks to 'rebel like'. Im only willing to pay 20k for this dupe. But if u build me another house, based on this design i drew, ill pay you 40k

ill try to make something off it, i found some props which goes up to 32x32, so how big do you want the ground plate to be?

ill try something this weekend, not sure if im gonna finish it tho

I have created a house based on your picture above on Single Player Gmod to which I can replicate tomorrow on Fearless.

It has a very spacious viewing area which I love.
The garage has enough room to get out of any car either side.
It has a spacious contra room which you could get 2-3 peoples contra in if you desire.
It has a large living area with a staircase going up to the viewing gallery.
The garage has a door which links to the living area and the gallery has a good which links to the contra room.

Wow this is great! Except when u replicate it tomorrow, could you give it a modern look? I need to be able to use this house for Roleplay as well. And it needs to look like a nice designer house. And do you mind using small pillars instead? The pillars are kinda fat here. I'd prefer the house to be made of wood and glass.
