Considering the lack of context and the fact your colleague was armed. I can see why Dan would do such a thing also considering the way people drive truck on the server, and in the video it could be viewed as you tried to reverse over him.
No punishment will be issued, however I will speak to Dan about the situation to ensure it doesn't end like this in future.
