If hes already deleted Gmod/Re-installed what would that help...

I have already deleted all garry's mod + all steam from my computer and re-installed everything and theres no change

It may sound overrated and dumb but i think you should email Garry Newman about this problem.
Explain everything to him and quote the support message and this thread about the error. Dont write an email like "OMG MAH GMOD STOPED WORKIZNG" Write it with good grammar and explain the problem like you wrote a book.

try logging in from another steam account that has gmod, if that doesnt work, then you are officially cursed

I'VE MADE IT TO THE THE MAIN MENU!!!
 and thats about it, if i try to do anything from there it crashes. but hey, at least we have progress.

Just spend 10 hours today trying to fix garry's mod and all i've managed to do is somehow break portal 2. Steam support have given up on me and i've done everything everyone has told me to at least 10 times.
I think its time to give up guys

You'd be amazed about the gmods know-it-all roaming that site.They helped me to fix gmod in less than one minute. But,don't give up ! We still wanna hear your amazing singing !

FIXED
It was my bitdefender that broke it, so i uninstalled and job done. Thx for the help guys and see you on the server Just in time for the holidays to end
