Summary: So basically I wanted to get out the city ASAP as driving was illegal in the city, so I carefully ram this car out of the way and without warning this cop open fires on me. It states in the rule I must be threatening someones life which I wasn't. There was no one infront of me yet they proceded to shoot at me.
