Summary: So basically I wanted to get out the city ASAP as driving was illegal in the city, so I carefully ram this car out of the way and without warning this cop open fires on me. It states in the rule I must be threatening someones life which I wasn't. There was no one infront of me yet they proceded to shoot at me.

There where three people in front of you, on top od that, you almost hit the guy on the sidewalk.
Also, you should not ram vehicles like that. Please do not do it again.
