was playing fearless RP last night and I left at about 10:30 to sleep and I all was good yet when I have tried to play this morning I have received a 21 hour ban for breaking fearless RP although I was not online

Well, if an officer has you at gunpoint your supposed to do what he says, and shooting an unarmed civilian is fine if they are causing a danger to other drivers on the road, however it is a last option.

If the officer has told you to stop via Text and/or voice communications then yes, you have to follow his/her instructions. If not, you can be banned for FearRP, in which you were.
