Shouldn't be enforced anymore.

So is this infact an official standing from Fearless that you are advocating as a supervising administrator ?

Now that you have a SA's input on this, you can now direct any other member of staff to this post if they try to apply the rule. Since we have no "Laws", this is as close as you'll get to an official statement.
Live a good life. If there's a god and he's just, he will not care of how devout you are, he will accept you for the virtues you have based your life upon. If there's no god, then you will have gone, but you will have lived a noble life which will stay in the memories of those that you love.

Even if the rule was removed, I personally would still wait the 20 minutes to do so, just in order to be certain that what I am doing is within the rules.

Waiting 20 minutes is pointless, it's like saying if the 10 minutes NLR was redacted and changed to 5, you still wait 10 minutes to 'be certain that what you're doing is within the rules'.

OT: Could you guys not hold a meeting and just kind of go through any current unwritten rules? Would make more sense as there is clearly confusion from the screenshots provided by Marty.

Perhaps what I said was unclear.

What I had meant for that to come across as was: "On the rare occasions when I am a Dictator, I do not simply implement dictator laws straight away, but I wait and see how the city handles my normal laws and obeys them, crime rates, etc, to see if it is nessesary to become a Dictator. I give the city at least 20 minutes for 2 reasons:
1) I was unaware if the unwritten dictator rule was still in place
and
2) To give the city a chance to behave like normal people who are not in need of a Dictator."

All we can say is that it is being discussed, and it has been for months. You will probatly see rule changes soon.
