You are an Admin. You give the example. You don't call people salty in Admin sits. Or tell them to get a life.

But, i wont be the one to decide if that was correct to do, i beleive we have a good SA team that can solve this.

I have spoken to Falcao and he admits to his mistake of acting unprofessionally and disrespectfully towards a player. While telling someone to 'get a life' is not a bannable offense, the situation is different as it is a staff member in an admin situation that did it. If an incident such as this occurs again involving the administrator in question, stricter sanctions will be enforced.
