It seems that there is an update that has just been released for Garry's Mod (how long has it been?).

It looks like the servers will need to be updated to the new version of sourceds as currently I am unable to join as it returns an error message "The server you are trying to connect to is running an older version of the game."

Fearless as well as my own. It looks like the update was just released as when I restarted Steam it began downloading.
