[SUGGESTION] Player ID in TAB menu

Title of Suggestion: Player ID in TAB menu

Description: when you press TAB button to see scoreboard you could see player IDs next to player name.

Why: sometimes people have names what are different language or it has hearts or other symbols on them. if player like that steals a car or does something else and you cant see his ID ( if he is too far away ) you could check the ID from TAB menu.

Scoreboard is to big for resolutiom 800x600. And because I play alot on that resolution and even can't see all I need to see. -/+ Support
