Chances are there should be a minidump that happens when you crash.
Go to your Garry's Mod directory (for me it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod)
and you should see files that contain dumps of your console (they start with hl2_xxxxxx_crash), please upload the latest one you have to something such as Dropbox or Mediafire. I'll take a look at it and see what's going on.
