I must say you're in extremely rare situation if the things your ISP mentioned are true. Nevertheless there's really no need to leave as it appears that your problem is temporary and you can always stay on the forums and be a part of the community just here, until your internet gets fixed.

I am staying on the forums, at the time I just expected it wouldnt get resolved for a long while, but even know I have no eta and I don't know if this will fix it or not.
