Ok, lets check your ports then. (Take "ja" as "yes")
Remember to get your computer I PV4 adress inside the IP place. (Good idea, go into your router and do your IP static, then it wont change.)
Do you have all these ports?

I didn't try that yet, I think the static might work, but i haven't found an option. Regardless I will contact my ISP see if it's somehting with them or just me.

You can go change it in your router.
On mine it's under Advanced.
Advanced - DHCP connections, Then I found my IP and made it Static instead of dynamic.

Found it, do I just dis-able DHCP server? Cause I see my IP but how do I make it static?

At mine theres a button like this

Should come to something like this.

Then you click this, to enable it as static.

edit: I found an IP I can change but it doesn't have my mac adress near it or a check box for static :/

Port forwarding in a router is for incoming connections, this is for if you say hosting a severs etc
basicly you telling you router which computer on your home network to forward stuff on that port too

Usually no incoming data yes but on an already established connection
