Help w/ unban request

I got a 2 day ban, I entered the forum and it said "Use the template"
well, I did use the template...

If you want to make an appeal for your unban request if you feel it was an unfair ban.

Well, first off. I was banned due to rdm. but I tried saving my friend from arrest. When I try posting my ban request It says that Use the template you can find it on the stickys. I used the template and it never works

I don't understand how this helps. I used the template, I copied it. I filled everything out correctly. What am I doing wrong
