Every time server crashes

I've downloaded it but when I click run cleaner it says I get rid of all my files

It says I will get rid of my files permenantley I have family photos on there and stuff that I'm not allowed to delete my dad was talking about defag the files do u know what it is

i have had the same problem defrag computer then run za cleanup cclean works never deleted stuff for me then reinstall gmod and it should work good as gold

I have done the clean up now I'm defraging it now its been 15 mins and its on 4% any way to speed up

Hey guys I'm back me and my dad have been looking at some computers on amazon I'm not a spoilt child so I have a budget I think £180 or somink
I'm wondering if this pc is good for gaming

Man I'm fucking terrible at this. I think with that budget that sounds like a very good laptop. Maybe you should post that in a separate thread so the "professionals" in the area can give their opinion.

Its not a laptop its a desktop pc and thanks i have defraged my pc but im trying to make get as much sleep as possible in the holidays so im hitting the hay i will try and joi the server tmorrow bye FLRP for now.

Is 4 GB RAM and 1 terra byte good cause 1 terra byte to me is massive

Well guys I downloaded ccleaner reinstalled g mod then defrayed my pc but still it doesn't work so I'm going to set my pc to its factory settings if u know what I'm talking about
