It is now working , i have downloaded all the content but it is coming up ALOT off errors and purple and black squares

To get rid of these texture errors you need to download the appropriate content for whichever map you are playing.

Visit this link and download all the content for the map you are currently playing.

Here is it showing you that theres players on the server but none on the lists

That does that when there is over 50-55 players I believe, nothing is wrong with your Gmod if that happens.

Loads all the way up like normal then my screen goes black for 1 second and garrys mod is gone (not letting me put screenshot in this saying its to big)

Hmmmm.....Maybe try going into options (In Gmod) go to Multiplayer>go to the bottom where there us a drop down menu>disable all downloads. This means you have to download everything manually. If it doesn't work tell me
