Looking for the armed targets would of brought me away from the rock, and doing such would of put me in open range for what was shooting at me in the first place.
And in the cases of them being armed(which they weren't) tranqing them would be an alternative to myself having to kill them, and in most cases settling the issue without need for senseless violence.

So situation remains, reckless/excessive use of force, in this case it was tranqing.

If it had been RDM'ing without a fun sidestory to it, your ban would've been set to be permanent. Please take that into consideration and be happy you got off lightly this time.
