Alright, I've had a look here, and I have to say that I agree with Nudel, and that logs just reinforce this point of view.
Pretty much all of the signs point to you being involved with it. You were with your friend who was visibly building the base, had the same job set too. Passive participation in my mind, is just as bad, because you did nothing to discourage it, and you took a part, as the logs show when you killed minimacfox. If you thought what he did was wrong, why did you not inform an admin or make a ban request?
You were fairly obviously in the base with your friend, as Nudel has stated. It is extremely unlikely you ended up there entirely by accident, and anyway, the logs speak for themselves. In my opinion, the ban stays.
And as much as you are welcome to your own opinion, be asssured the admins don't hate you, but we do have a job to do and we have to do it neutrally, which sometimes looks biased but infact it isn't.
Anyway, as I said, I think the ban should stay.
