Title of Suggestion: Scoreboard avatar functionality

Description: Clicking someones avatar on scoreboard opens their steam profile in steam overlay

Why: I often add people from the server after RPing with them. This would simply make that so much easier to do.

Maybe have it so you can also copy a player's STEAMID? This would be useful in ban request matters.
