Depends on the admin, and if you have a past ban relating to your current ban.
Example, you have 2 bans for randomly hostaging someone, therefor your 12th ban could be a perm one.

Well, I'm sure it depends on more than just the # of bans. They may also take into account how spread out your bans are. Like if you have alot of bans over a short amount of time compared to over a long time. Your 12 bans all came in a period of three month's, which mean you will be treated differently than someone who got 12 bans over a couple years. It also depends on the severity of the offense.

- How many bans?
- What was he banned for? Was it something huge or something small?
- Did he get 2 or more bans for the same thing?
- How far apart from the bans?

Whether you are a donator or not does not affect the length of your bans. It's all about your amount of bans, how many times you got banned in a short timespan, and some more points.
I have seen donators get permabanned.

Eer... Donators have been perm banned before... And being donator doesn't affect ban time... The only thing that affects ban time, really, is the admin. He or she decides what they want to take into account when banning.
