Contra in inventory?

When I was looking at a ban request, that person have contra in his inventory, is this possible? How do I do this?

I don't think this is possible. If you would kindly link me the Ban Request I could try to explain it to you..etc !

The reason why contraband will go into your inventory is if you were refunded by an administrator.
