When I was looking at a ban request, that person have contra in his inventory, is this possible? How do I do this?

The reason why contraband will go into your inventory is if you were refunded by an administrator.

just drop it, it drops as normal contra

I did. It dropped as a normal item. Like a gun on the ground you can pick up
