Driver license & Vehicle descriptions!

Hello everyone!

Today I bring everyone a new update, that is driver licenses and vehicle descriptions!

The driver license

Introducing a new driver license system, players can now add points to other players license.

To use the system, you must be a Police officer/sergeant and look at a player and type /driverlicense.

A menu will then appear where you can add a reason for the point. The point will then expire off of their license in 1 hour.

Once added, the player will be notified that the point was added to their license. 

The point will also expire on player initial spawn (When they first spawn into the server)

The Vehicle Descriptions

The vehicle descriptions are pretty self-explanatory.

First of all, what does this do?

All this does is adds the ability for players to add descriptions to their vehicles.

To do it, look at you car and type /vehicledesc set <text> and to remove it, you would do /vehicledesc remove.
