Low FPS on CityRp

Man!!! because of this optimization , i can't enter to any mod on garry's mod!! once i enter , the game crash!! please help me , how do i fix this and delete this optimization.

Simply empty the autoexec.cfg file you put the code in to, or delete the whole file.
Although you could try forcing the game to use the right number of processor cores

mat_queue_mode 2 // 1 for dual core, 2 for 4+ cores, -1 for automatic detection
if you don't know what kind processor you have, go to start menu, type in the search field dxdiag.exe to see how many cores your processor has like in the picture below

I deleted the autoexec file and still crashing. when the cityrp's loading screen reach the title "workshop complete" , it crash

Then it can't be the autoexec tweaks from the thread as autoexec's code isn't saved anywhere else, it's simply a set of commands that are ran on every game launch.

Before we do anything, could you upload your most recent crash report file here (http://dumps.metastruct.uk.to/) so I can check what's causing the crashing?
You can find the crash report files under the first garry's mod folder, mine are located here: D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod
