Dear Tour Group A,

All slots in your tour group have been filled, therefore we are able to give you all a date and time.

Please arrive at the Weyland-Yutani HQ for 9pm tonight (9pm GMT +1 on V33X), if this time is not convenient. Please contact either a Public Relations officer or myself and we will figure something out.

You will be greeted by USCM soldiers, they will search you then escort you to the waiting room where our tour will begin. As you all signed a disclaimer, failure to comply with our rules inside dangerous areas will result in your own injury/death.
