I believe the problem may be caused by your not being able to download the map directly.
Try to re-download the map here - http://nimetu.com/fearless/content/extra...st-v2d.zip
Then extract it to Program files > Steam > Steam Apps > <username> > Garry's Mod > Garry's Mod > Maps.
