Commenting neutral is fine as long as they give some form of input about what they think too, then it's not as bad

He clearly states "writing neutral without any explenation", to which I agree.
Writing just "neutral" on a suggestion post is just pointless. However if you raise a couple of points explaining why do you think is neutral, then it should be completely fine. Kind Regards,
