Questions regarding Rules
Well .. i have a lot of bans here and i am afraid if i did this and then i get perma ban ..

so .. what im saying is ..

if my friend are chased by an officer. and he said to me .. i will be arrested! help!

And the officer got inside the house and tied him up.

then i pull out my gun outside the house . then i come inside and saying ( Stop there or i will shoot! ) and trying to get the officer out .. or i hostage him .. or if he didn't listen to me i kill him.

so is this ok ? or i get ban for this?

Someone answer my question ^ >> Sad

I'd rather hire a guy with five years of experience than a guy with one year of experience.

The gamemode decides how many hours you need to be a Police Officer etc. This has been confirmed by SoulRipper.

Initaly yes, but some presidents wish for a higher quality standard, is it allowable for them to impose a higher hour limit?

We have two conflicting admin statements, one saying yes one saying no

Okay, just to clear this up. You can't demote someone just for having a low amount of hours.
But if you find someone with more experience (You request them to become an officer and they accept or if they contact you and you accept) then you are allowed to demote a lesser experienced cop to replace them with the more experienced cop?

Yes, we have recently discussed it through and come to a general understanding that the gamemode enforced default restrictions are the only ones which apply. The president can demote incompetent officers, but they need to prove unworthy prior to any demotions.

So, in simple English: Presidents can demote fail-cops, but demoting only for having low hours is not acceptable.
