well, I've been in hardware stores and didn't saw any pile of crowbars easely to access to public.
They are pretty easy to get, you can apparently buy axe's too. But I don't know if you need a license or anything though. Just find the carpenter place at your store.

Use the tf2 baseball bat skin, the standard one. +support for keeping lock pick skin as crowbar and adding bat.

Well, the crowbar and the lockpick (Altought the same weapon), I believe they share different holding animations.

The crowbar uses the attack stance while the lockpick is held with both hands.
