Summary: I was walking around inside the city when suddenly Ivo King Comes and Hits 2 Police Officer's and 1 Citizen. As i see it its CDM and FailRP becuase he is a paramedic. This isnt first time i see him doing this. But this i just first time i actually got any evidence.

Those two cops killed 1 innocent before that. And I went to heal them right away. And it wasnt suddnly, I was parked near that spot. Please explain correctly

I'm not lying. I'm not sure if they are your friends or something, and you are trying to defend them. I was parked near that spot. And those 2 cops weren't doing their job they randomly tazed the guy and started shooting at him. As you can see in ur last pic, they threatened all paramedics for that. That is evidence for they fail RP.
However you could also have posted some pics after that. I went to heal them. Missed that part?
