Good job, I appreciate what this update intends to do, and hopefully this works out for the better.

I like the update but personally I think the damage is too extreme. The other day, I was Vice President and someone backed into a parked car. He hit it at a proper slow speed and the parked car just about touched me and ended up killing me instantly.
