Have you ever seen a spike strip in real life? I could go over and give one a yank and pull it off the road if I wanted to. It shouldn't be expensive or a one time use, spike strips are unlimited and free for cops. They already get free kevlar and guns...

There are a couple of situations that this could occur:
1) Your path has been blocked by a spike strip. You use your voice radio to ask your friend to move it to allow free passage.
2) Maybe a police officer forgot to remove one. Instead of waiting for one, just remove it yourself.
