Have you tried changing your username through the user cp? Is the name already taken?

that's the problem because I lost the pasword and the email account of the 1st account that I've made it isn't possible to change it, I allready tried that. So I hope SoulRipper has time to take a look into this.

Your best bet would be to contact a Super Admin directly through forum PM.
