Yeah and that license is theoretically 'for life'
Regular VCMod for non gov vehicles would be sooo helpful

SoulRipper never paid for VCmod anyways. However, I guess photon is good enough. I've not tried it out properly but I'm sure it is fine :)

Good update, hopefully it works as good or even better than VCMod.
I believe VCmod cost about 20 dollar, so for the $$$ the update wasn't necessary. It was the community who voted for this update.

Photon is a lot better than VCMod, however you need to add it on all cars, just for the horn, indicators and head-lights.

Personally I don't like photon and I prefer VCmod but I've got to give it the sounds are much better
