Mustang is the fastback therefore that is the model in which you are missing. I think that can be found within the steam workshop.

I am no computer expert, so excuse me if this seems trivial.
I suggest deleting ALL addons. Including those of fearless.
Then attempt to rejoin with none, and slowly add the addons one at a time from the downloads tab in the forums.
Join between each download, and locate or possibly fix the problem.
I've no idea if this will help. But I suggest it being worth a try.

Don't Know if this will help or will even be near helping but When I got my New PC. I realised everything I had on my old PC (Workshop) was bugged on csgo. So Before I loaded Gmod, I unsubscribed from literally every workshop addon I was subscribed to and I didn't have a problem joining FL.

Updates
- Counter Strike: Source - Purchased by Frost
- Half Life 2 - Episode One - Purchased
- Re-downloaded all addons.
- Extracted Maps using WinRAR rather than 7zip.
- Completely reset computer back to Factory Settings.
- Changed the OS to Windows 10 rather than Windows 8.1 (Computer default)
- Fingers Crossed!
