Regardless of any staff members age for them to get to that point they must show great maturity, if you're basing that as one of your points for leaving that's quite sad. It's a shame to see you leave though, you're always welcome back.

Hmm, nah age does matter. Through out my experience of being staff, most staff around 13 don't have the capability of being staff. Sure they may be "mature" but since seeing the youngest staff member that doesn't seem true.
