I would say doe, that there should be an RPP restriction. 5 or 10 RPP's. I don't want to see everyone drive around in these.

Well, personally, I love the Crown Victoria.
However we need some new vehicle for the Police as well.
So how about just adding the police cars, and don't touch Crown Vic?
