Rules are rules, wither he is your friend or not, the rules apply.

Do not write an unban request if you know you broke the rules.
General Rule 11.
Do not jump or walk on anyone in ragdoll mode.

Whether he is your friend or not, rules are rules, and I see no reason why this should be accepted.
