I've been told multiple times these rules that are non-existent like
- Being undercover is not allowed.
- Wearing a suit while in a government job is not allowed.
Do these rules actually apply? or are they just made up?

There you go. If you are unsure, then you can always contact an admin, that is either Online the Forum/Server.
