Let me make this clear once and for all: Special Services = tactical unit, same as SWAT, SAS, SRU, QRF and the others.

Their primary function is to be a tactical unit, dealing with high risk situations, barricaded suspects, heavily armed criminals, officers under fire, etc operations. Their main function is not to wear suits and protect presidents.

If their primary goal isnt the protection of the president, or to even act as a bodyguard, why do we continue to call them Special Service, implying this can also be part of their job.

Why dont we change their name to S.W.A.T to once and for all declare what they are? Perhaps adding an actual Secret Service class consisting of 2 people to be the official bodyguards in suits?

The class was actually renamed from SWAT to give it a different, fresh feel.

And I would know, I came up with the name and picked ther outfits.

It still seems rather unfitting if their primary goal is to act as a S.W.A.T Team.

Compared to a Special Service Team, which while during WW1 was a British Commando unit, it now more or less implys Secret Service, or some kind of private protection team, or the American "Special Services: The entertainment branch of the American military."

The name came from SAS, Special Air Service. We decided to drop the Air for obvious reasons. And BD, as a former admin, you should be aware of our standards and regulations, including those involvng the agents.

I do, though i'm getting conflicting reports from all around about the whole SS Suits situation, merely trying to clarify the issue.

Okay is it allowed to collaborate with government as Corleone. Basically is it allowed to guard preisdent as corleone. Ive seen Ruxandra and few other admins ban for that, but today I saw Don corleone guarding president. Is that allowed?

You are a cop, a player named "Trolol"(not a real name obviously) comes and breaks the law. You loose the player during a chase and then after a while finds them again. Now you have a problem, the player were in a dress at the first encounter and when he got away he took it off and is now walking around in a unemployed skin. How do you react?

I have met this problem a couple of times. Sometimes it is a suit with a black male and when you see them next time for an arrest they are now a white male. And I dont really know what to do in these scenarios.

The obvious reason for a skinchange is usually death and repawn, if it was a minor violation I'd just forget it. In all other instances: this isn't GTA, changing clothes and coloring cars does not make you a whole different person.

If you are a corleone on v33x and you own all the buildings in the little neighborhood(corleone spawn), is it against the rules to build a gate fence with a small building in the center(like most fenced in communities have) or is it against the rules and only allowed for passive RP and such? (Ex. Being a real estate agent)

If you are taxi driver, can you then drive people in your own car? instead of using taxi or bus.
