Other than the fact VCMod constantly breaks...then there isn't as many supported vehicles, plus photon would allow for a decent /copcar system as with Ohoton you can make your own lights I'm sure....
Then there is the fact you can fully customise your siren sound and it's less laggy because I'm led to believe photon is mostly client side and takes less server resources.
