You need to stop your car and get it placed down immediately. What needs to happen is stop misusing it like what is depicted in your video. If a trained traffic officer was to deploy one in real life I would say it takes about 10 - 15 seconds. Linking back to roleplay, I feel like making a rule to stop people just won't be enough. Instead, adding a 5 second max timer would not only improve roleplay and police chases, but prevent the misuse shown in your video.
