I had this too, I fixed it by putting -dxlevel 95 in my Startup Line.

-dxlevel 95 crashes every game I use console instead of it being FL only.

I had this problem as soon as i enabled Developer Console. I think fearless may have a firewall if you attempt to use Dev Console but try this
Options > Keyboard > Advanced > Uncheck enable developer console. Your regular console will work fine and still be able to do anything the old was able to.
If that doesn't solve it then i don't know i will continue testing. But from my experimentations when Developer Console is enabled the game crashed in Fearless only. Really hoping this solved it.

According to the crash report, I can deduce:
-It's not a memory issue.
That's about it, and I had already suspected it wasn't a mem issue.
Honestly, there's no big deal into deleting your gmod folder and reinstalling through Steam. Backup
your FLContent and your maps, leave the addons, and delete your gmod/gmod folder. Let us know what happens.

Give that a try guys, and if one of you can work with me closely i can get Team Viewer and see if i can do a comparison and try to simulate your directory in mine and see what exactly is wrong.
That's the only other way i can think of fixing it, specifically if it's a corrupt file or a config setting that is rejected by the Fearless server.

I just can't waste three days re-downloading Gmod and having it take up all my bandwith. I live in the country so cloud games take a long time.

Next Solution: How many mods do you have on Gmod. If you have a lot, start disabling or removing temporarily into a desktop folder etc. so your game isn't loading every mod you have. Keep addons such as the fearless content of course but try this. Alternatively post your PC specs. There is a problem with some intel products running on source engine.
