Could be something to do with FastDL. After it broke, I asked if the admins had changed anything on the server, and they said they hadn't...

some weird shit is going on :/ if re-installing Gmod doesnt work I wonder what is wrong then can't be the game itself maybe the stuff you DL off the server but that is the gamemode and a shitload of other stuff :/

How about I just upload the "CityRP" folder I got in my lua_temp and everyone just put the folder in lua_temp?

Hoi, someone for who this works perfectly upload your lua_temp/CityRP folder, and we'll all put it in our garrysmod/garrysmod folder, and see if that fixes anything.
