Take-Two just loves to sue and threaten anything that might take players away from spending hundreds of dollars on GTA Online.
Sooner GTA online dies, the sooner they start working on the next GTA.

They already are working on the next GTA, but its a very small team, most rockstar staff are either on rdr2 or gta onlie.
