Yes. and now i downloade hf and css addons still not helps.. it keep download same police files when i join server but still error on radergun and black and pink police skins Sad

Try right click on Gmod on steam, properties, local files and verify integrity game cache

Its only police skins and rader guns and stick, handcuff thats dont work.. everything els work fine. can someone upload them to me? somehow?

Assuming the arrest stick is pink & black, you are missing hl2.

Seems like you don't have half life 2 installed. Do you own Half life 2, half life 2 episode 1 an episode 2?
If so, are they installed and ready to play or are they uninstalled on your computer and steam library?

You must have half life 2 and half life 2 episode 2 to get those textures.
