Alright, can you open steam overlay and open the steam internet browser and try opening that link in there and see if you hear anything.

I can hear it even in the Steam Browser.

That's really weird, are you sure Awesium Process is turned up in Volume Mixer? (sorry, can't spell that ;p)

The Awesomium Process in the Volume Mixer rarely shows up, which is probably the problem, but if it does, then it's fully turned up, but no sound is coming out of it.
