Perhaps lower than 5HP per hit, would be for the best.

It should also reduce Stamina by about 10% each hit. (After getting hit with a baton, you would not have much energy to run, for a little bit)

I disagree with the stamina portion. If you get hit by an ASP, you are at risk of a shatter, fracture, or break, along with serious bruising and other medical "anomalies"

For the sake of balance, I believe we should refrain from using the ASP to drain their stamina, and use it for CQC. If you want to stop somebody from running, use a taser (which also needs to be fixed.)

Another way we can look into this is if you get hit by an ASP, 10%^ should be removed per swing, and when you get to x stamina, you cannot regain the stamina until you seek medical attention. Also, a limp could work handily too.

If stamina is 0% and they got hitted they should not can move anymore[for 10-15 seconds]
5 damage is okay because it should not kill them ...
