I agree with Toxic, you could just run away, but ALWAYS assess the situation. Fear RP is more like a common sense test. Are you in a room with an armed man? Are you in a crowd where you can escape? Are you surrounded or are your armed friends close? No need to be the server's biggest coward, just try and be reasonable and RP it.
